This is one of several tips found on a CHAMBERS system that I removed from an old home a few years back. All components of the system were intact as originally installed including the CD 317's, CD 132.4's, rods, pins and tips. This tip was the most intact so I removed it. The entire rod is intact, approximately 6' long with a an open loop on the bottom to feed the braided copper line through. The tip is clamped, not screwed to the rod. Each of the five points is thin copper and they are riveted together in the center. I have added a few pictures of this rare find. |
