Fall River Mills, California just West of primary substation is this awesome switch pole using powder blue ug ink stamped LOCKE suspensions. I have seen these scattered all through out Pacific Gas & Electric Company's service territories and sometimes used as dead end strain insulators too. This color glaze is quite similar to the Westinghouse light blues.
