These are size 1 porcelain insulators used by russian General Post and Telegraph Office (Главное Управление Почт и Телеграфов) in 19th Century. The left one is TF-1 mfd. by Kornilov Brothers partnership and the right one was manufactured by Royal Porcelain Works of Berlin (Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin). TF-1 is 5 and 1/2 inch high. The KPM insulator is one of the biggest telegraph insulators I know.
