Here is a shot of a couple of Canadian Insulator Protectors that I traded for, or purchased from Lena Braman of Drumheller Alberta several years ago. I have only seen a few styles of insulator protectors, but these, used in Canada are the most compact of all. They are made of hardened tin, in a corrugated format to give them added strength, and to prevent rocks or other projectiles from hitting a flat surface, thereby reducing the impact, and damage. If anyone has other insulator protectors, please share, and post a picture . |
