This appears to be the lower skirt of some type of multipart. The only damage (if you ignore the missing rest of the insulator) is a tiny flake off the glaze on the inner skirt edge as shown [id=366997207]. Someone more experienced with porcelain insulators than I am may be able to identify the maker from the glaze. Inquiries welcome.
