...that may be from the College Park area of Maryland. I bought it at an antique shop in Ellicott City, MD some years ago and a friend, when he saw it, said that an identical one used to be in a park near College Park. t had been in service up until the late 60's he thought. Anyway, it now hangs safely on my door.
