I've been working the last week or so getting my converted garage set up as my insulator museum. I'll have nine backlit cabinets, and rows of shelves for my mud. I was putting in the floor, and found a bit of rot in the old bathroom (soon to be laundry room) and well...long story short...one wall had fallen off the foundation because of termites, the sill plate was completely gone, and 4 of the studs were missing a foot on the bottom. And the termites were because the neighbors dirt driveway is I come to find out, above grade for the garage foundation. I just now got the new sill in and jacked and hoisted the wall back into position.

I have glass shelves on order that should be here tomorrow, and they are cutting the white plastic for the cabinets tomorrow too. Carpet is scheduled for Wednesday, and I'll be building the lighted cabinets Wednesday night and Thursday night. Silly, stupid tight schedule, eh? Been wanting to do this for almost 20 years.
