I didn't have a gob of wax available to make an impression of it, so I did almost the next best thing - I took a picture of it! One of these days I might get around to tracing it and making a mold to cast a buckle.

I say "almost the next best thing" because I didn't take a stereo pair of pictures, which would have made tracing a snap! And I knew better. My college major was Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on photogrammetry and surveying.
