This gives an idea of how many of these poles were situated. The other pics were some of the ones where I could see the ground easily. A lot of the poles are on rises like this one. I do not know if there is crossarm on the ground near this one, but since the ones before and after it did, and sometimes I saw poles on rises like this and the crossarm was positioned on the steep side of the hill below the pole, I would guess there are some gems hiding at the bottom of this pole also.
