Here is a new tangent structure waiting to be clipped in, conductors still in the stringing dollies while hanging from the glass suspension insulators. It won't be long before the crews remove the dollies, install the armour rods, suspension shoes and install vibration dampners then energize the line with 138,000 volts. Power for the people!
