Offered today is quite possibly the best CD 166 ELCO you will ever see. This piece was recovered along with thirty others from a stash on the north shore in 2008. This is the last one I have, and I've saved the best for last. As you can see from the pictures, it has a very large piece of junk slightly longer than 2 inches in total by approximately 1 inch tall smack dab right behind the embossing. It doesn't get much better for placement. Condition is pretty good, the inner base has some damage (one 1/4 of an inch, two 3/8 of an inch chips and a 3/8 of an inch open bubble), three small wire groove dings, a tiny eraser sized flake on the dome and two dome dings. Overall displays wonderfully. If you collect junky insulators or New England glass, don't miss your chance to own the best example of ELCO.
