In this picture the bottom row shows the three Australian insulators I won in three auctions from the same seller. bradjen57 had several other auctions which accurately pictured the insulator offered, so I trusted these pics to be accurate.

The top row shows the insulators I received. They bear little resemblance to the auction pics, but I can confirm that they are the same insulators. Not anything close to what I was expecting and certainly not worth the $100 +

This is just the latest in insulator disappointments for the past year. Having hundreds of glass insulators disappear as well as having extensive vandalism to my suspension collection top the list. I'm even having to lower my expectations for Springfield this weekend. Four of the five deals I have made over the past year, due to close at the show, are not going to be.
