Fossils:Bryozoan, these fossils are named for the famous Greek mathematician, engineer, astronomer, and inventor Archimedes. One of his most famous inventions was the Archimedes' Screw, a device used to bring water from low lying areas to higher ground. Archaeologists have found evidence of their use in Ancien Egypt. These fossils are a very small copy of his invention.
