My mother in law emailed me this picture yesterday. She found it at a flea market, but I didn't get back to her in time and she didn't purchase it. I was wondering if anyone could ID it from this one picture? Don't know if there were any markings on it. I would have bought it, as it was reasonably priced (I think).

Anyways, was also wondering what the book value was?
