Picked this two piece top up at a flea market last week. Does anyone know what EIN it is and who made it? There is a single blotout as far as I can tell of the rear skirt. Therefore I would eliminate the 010 which AM TEL & TEL CO, was bloted out. The only other possible EIN according to the PG would be the 040 being it has blotout embossing. At least on the bottom. Does anyone know what was blotted out on the 040 bottom? The top says Unverified. What does that mean?

If your looking for the blotout in my pic it is within the larger glare from the sun. Notice and keep in mind where the mold line is before attempting to answer the next question. Thanks.

My suspicion about this insulator is that it was made from a Broofield B mold. The position of the blotout is about right if only a B was embossed like on many other Brookfield CD's with only a B embossed. Am I right about this?
