Here is the pole top he found. According to his story, it was found at the top of a ridge, just where the line crossed the highest point. He also said it had many insulator shards scattered about, as if the pole had been a maintenance problem, requiring replacements and upgrades. He did not find any whole insulators at this site, and did not notice any CD 140.5 shards (the rest were EC&M pieces). But an EC&M did not fit this top bracket. (It did fit the lower one.)
