My 2007 Price guide does not list "Clear" as a color, just "Off Clear, Smoky Straw", so as far as placing a value on this piece, should I go with "Light Purple" or is this an "Off Clear" turned SCA?

Also, Given the Cross hatching on the skirt, and the "geometric" ampersand (&) is this a {Denver Mold} [135]?

*** Update *** This is a regular purple Am Tel & Tel Co... they sell for about $25 - $40. They used to be a [110], but now the guide lists no periods as [095]. They are not "Denver mold", but were almost certainly made in the Denver area.
