Glenwood Mill opened in Easley, SC in 1902. Glenwood was a large, successful mill built on Southern Railway's mainline between Richmond and Atlanta. Mayfair Mills (originally the Arcadia Mills near Spartanburg, SC) bought Glenwood Mill and became the Glenwood Division.

Glenwood Mill was demolished in 2006, the old power line, reservoir, water tower and chimney remain on the site today.
