Some mornings when I start to work on this sculpture I think it should come with instructions. If I died, I can't imagine anyone knowing where to start in order to finish it. There is nothing on paper, there are no forms or guides to follow. No hint of what goes where. I picked up the first piece of metal for this seventeen years ago at a Florida flea market. Distractions, delays and some interesting design requirements have all added to delay the completion. Hopefully this will happen before the years end. I can not remember having so much delight in any piece I have created. Even after 17 years I am still excited about this one.
