I've had these unmarked U783s for a while and always wondered who made them. The glaze looks similar to the porcelain PRR signals Pittsburgh High Voltage made, but I didn't think hi tops were made that early. I'm thinking these are early Westinghouses made after they purchased the Pittsburgh plant, but I'm not sure.
