I asked Carol Fix at this past weekend's OVIC show in Perth about this strange embossing. She forwarded me the link to this one posted by Gene Hawkins back in 2007 [id=178671085]. Here's another one Gene! Also with the [210] embossing in hemi blue. She's a beaut! Got this in a collection I bought from a retired hydro lineman's widow in Parham, ON north of Kingston.
