Glenn's insulators were seen daily on the studio set of GBTV.com for the early part of 2012 (from January to March). This image was cropped from a frame of the show that was broadcasted (over the Internet) on February 16, 2012. My best guess from left to right is: aqua Hemingray-19 (CD 162), green Hemingray-42 (CD 154), clear Armstrong TW (CD 203), clear/light straw Pyrex (Corning) 63 (CD 234), and aqua Hemingray-40 (CD 152). There was an earlier post here (by Scott) that showed a different arrangement of the insulators. I remember from observation that these items were moved around quite a bit between each show.
