I was walking along a railway that is now a cycle trail and saw the tell tale evidence of a pole stump. Upon further investigation I found some crossarms with broken insulators. Even if they were complete the insulators are just the lowest of the low U-1452 with recessed inner skirts that aren't worth a penny. Some more broken insulators were found attached to pins next to trees as though someone had already cherrypicked the undamaged pieces.
