Lucky to be contacted by a fellow ICONer that was down-sizing his collection of Lightning Rod Insulators, Thank you Greg. This is the smallest known style of an Otis. Only 1 3/8" tall. Hard to see but it's embossed {front} OTIS / PATENT {back} 1851

This one was found in 1974 at the Hershey, Pennsylvania National, it was a walk in.
