I saw this piece at a collector's home back in 2002. It took until this past week to get the go-ahead to buy it. I was more than happy to buy it on Saturday at the Dixie Jewels Swap Meet in Jacksonville Beach, FL. It is an ordinary U-73 exchange made by Pittsburgh High Voltage. Someone, at some time has added the embossings. On front: star // C.H. A R and on the reverse: J.H. C.H. The insulator shows signs of outdoor use, and even the embossing has evidence of use. Neat piece!
