Cute little tiny itty-bitty 100% electric vehicle, in use by ACUA - Atlantic Counties Utility Association, in New Jersey. It is charged from solar panels and wind generators, no gasoline or other combustible fuels involved. The roof above the parking area in this photo is a large solar array. It even has a name, they call it "Sunny". The power is produced by a large General Electric DC motor and storage batteries. It has an "accelerator" pedal and brake pedal, no transmission, or clutch.
