Wait for it, wait for it, wait for it...

I need some more help identifying the CD# of an insulator. The markings on this unusual (and overpriced) insulator are as follows:

PATENTED JUNE-11-1890 REGISTERED TRADEMARK

The insulator is 6 1/4" wide on the umbrella rim, and has four ridges under the umbrella. It is 4 3/4" tall too.

The image is bad because it was taken with my broke camera.
