Who Made These?

Here is a shot of some early 60's clamp-top line-posts. Does anyone know who made these? I have a similar, later-vintage, sky-tone post in my collection, that was made by NGK. But, the posts in THIS photo predate the Locke-NGK merger. So, were they made by Locke, or by NGK. The line is a PG&E 4kv main, running on Wilder St, in San Francisco.

Thanks to Bill Ewing, these clamp-top posts have been identified as Lapps. The clamps appear to be an after-market add-on, unlike O-B units, that are manufactured that way.
