WOW! Lots going on here! From a transmission towers crossing to subtransmission along the street right down to local primary/secondary service and open-wire phone lines for utility dispatch use! Also check out the pole top extension along the right supporting 66kv. Immediately below on the same pole is a KPF "Sidewinder" switch. These were manufactured in the San Francisco vicinity. These switches were offered right up to 115kv. They were (and still are) common within LA Basin electric utility systems. They also gained a lot of popularity across the country, especially within the New England Power Service Company.
