This aqua-blue Single Groove turned out to be a bubbly jewel. Though not too dirty when acquired, it cleaned up nicely. It also has a small chunk of rock or something near the bottom. The crude top is likely the result of cool glass being poured into the mold. This feature is not all that uncommon in Single Groove and Cross Top LRIs. More later.
