These are a real tough RFI cobalt blue Victor to acquire. Not too common at all. These are located on a residential distribution circuit in little Merrill, Oregon. The only place I find these in numbers are in Merrill, Oregon and then 6 miles south in Tulelake, California. If you are an RFI porcelain collector start drooling! Closer views to follow.
