Closer view. This double arm set up shows quite a variation. Glass CD 220 Hemingray small power with JD brown porcelain dead end strains and Marked Locke 10" suspensions used as dead end strains also. The marked Locke suspensions were all dated 1931-1935. Some of the Locke's have really great colorful glazes but these are the usual ho hum color. The yellow stain colored cross arms are a standard COPCO requirement. COPCO was absorbed by Pacific Power & Light exactly 50 years ago in July this year so this set up is a minimum of 50 years in service and most likely older. PP&L discontinued using stained yellow cross arms in approximately 1960.
