No bucket trucks in this photo! I do not know why, however these guys do not seemed to be bothered a bit being up their poles on hooks. Photo taken in Beijing. No doubt the porcelain insulators they are installing were made in their home country. They are probably the same thing, same manufacturer, etc., as those sky gray porcelains that were recently installed not too far from your house ;o).
