I received the picture and following text from Noel dawson of Australia. Your help in accurately dating these pieces would be appreciated. As Noel mentions, Access to a Bullers Catalog for the appropriate period would be helpful.

Hello Bob, I've enclosed a photo of a couple of old Bullers insulators. The larger one is mine and the smaller one belongs to one of my good friends. These were both found in country Victoria and I know of only one other ( which is the same size as mine.) so they are very uncommon. I would think they would be pre 1900 and possibly date to 1870's or so. I've not seen this type illustrated anywhere. Do you know anybody who might have an old Bullers Catalogue that I could check with. Would Elton Gish or Rick Soller have such a catalogue. Feel free to post the photo on your network if you like. Best Regards, Noel.

My own best guess is about 1900, but you can't beat proper documentation. Can anyone add to the knowledge on Bullers Insulators.
