I dug five of these in upstate New York a few weeks ago ... All were cracked do to poor quality ceramic and frost expansion apparently the five I found are all that have been reported so far ... They are embossed VICTOR on the cap, and VICTOR on the pin as well as having the large R=00 marking on the underside of the disk.
