Yesterday I was at one of the regular auctions I go to and I purchased a box lot for $20, among other things. I actually bought this box in particular for something else and had no idea that these were even in the bottom of the box. As I was going through the box when I got home, I found these bonds. They were bonds issued by Massachusetts and date from the late 1950's. Pretty boring, I thought, worth maybe a couple dollars a piece. Then I saw JOHN F. KENNEDY's signature at the bottom! Turns out he signed every one of them because he was treasurer for the state at that time, and the signatures are authentic!. That makes these worth $50 to $100 each, and there are 70 of them here!
