Came back from holidays to find this piece waiting for me at my work. A friend just dropped it off so I have no info to offer. Wondering if anyone can help me identify. Dims. are 5" tall, 4 1/4" base, 2 5/8" top. The faint logo is round with what looks like some kind of emblem with a 1 in a circle in the middle. The bottom third of the embossing is ENGLAND. 1920 is stamped into the piece under the embossing. Any & all help is appreciated. The threads are not standard as a normal pin will not thread in.
