CD 106.5 looks like it should be a CD 122.X instead?

Shown is a Texcoco CD 106.5 on the left with a CD 122 & CD 106. The 106.5 looks a lot closer to a CD 122 than a CD 106. How could we get a new CD# for the 106.5? |
