Here's the story: So, were driving down a main road in Anderson and suddenly we see a line crew changing a pole. We watched them work for about an hour and a half. When they were done, we asked them for the old insulators. They gave up all seven without any hesitation. The new insulators were very similar to these.

They are all Lapps marked 1973. One is marked 1972. All are almost mint with only some conductor damage.
