I was gluing a multipart back together and this part never matched any other pieces! Is not related to any of the other parts as it has a curved form. It could be a Thomas or Victor. But, my question is what is the cement used? Its a dark blue color. Seems to be a 'crystal' appearance unlike any cement ive ever seen! Any help will be appreciated!
