The chart assumes $10.20 for shipping, which is the maximum cost for an insulator under two pounds within the U.S. Bottom line is that if you sell low priced items with high shipping, your going to be hurt bad with an almost 50% increase. The point where you start coming out ahead with lower fees is between $49.99 and $74.99.
