An eastbound CSX manifest is seen just west of Waverly, TN on 2/11/2011. This train was the last eastbound, and was to soon meet a westbound at Waverly, before a six hour maintenance window to allow for a contractor to remove pole line. As you might guess, I was not in the middle of Tennessee at 8 in the morning to watch and photograph trains.
