Yep, it's a low-dollar porcelain pin type. Made by Pittsburg High Voltage Co, this U-239A is wonderfully glazed! I had no luck taking photos of porcelain insulators until I started showing them in the South Florida sunshine. Accurate color on this one. Part of my long time 'boring brown no-name porcelain signal' collection. I did share some those with collectors on my display at the Springfield, Ohio insulator show a few years ago. Enjoy!
