Pronounced "Kahk Borotsya S Lesnyim Kleshchom" From the Russian newspaper Pravda, which has transformed itself over the years from a mouthpiece of the Soviet Politburo, to something which approximates the nature of USA Today, with a bit of the National Inquirer mixed in for fun.. There is an old Soviet-era Russian saying, "V Pravda, Ne Izvestya, V Izvestya Ne Pravda", which means "In "Truth" there is no news, in "News" there is no truth". Pravda and Izvestya were the names of the two "official" newspapers of the day. This method of bug-wrangling would have been very useful during my "Night at the Bedbug Inn" a couple years ago... Also good to know, during those deep-in-the-woods summer insulator hunts ;-) |
