Was a Christmas present from an older couple I know, that travel to many foreign countries.

A little history. "This year was our fourth mission trip to Bulgaria in six years. We had ten days in the small village of Ravengor where we witnessed to the mostly elderly population. It was truly awsome as they shared with us and blessed us with their love and friendship.

Was told they tried several times to ask people if they had any old insulators for a friend back home in the States. With the language barrier it was hard. When they left the village they were presented this gift. They were told some one had climbed up a pole and retrived the abandoned insulator.
