My Great Grandmother used to make these during Xmas time. They're delicious!!! Caution, they're labor intensive, but well worth it.. I used a mix master w/ dough hook ..It was a bit faster and easier. Remember to follow the recipe to the letter...ovens can vary, so be careful..A regular cookie sheet worked fine without any coatings either. The butter keeps them from sticking to it.. Roll out in a triangle shape about 2-3 inches long to a point 3-4 inches long. Then roll small end towards larger end..Bakes as pictured. Yummmm!
