Tacoma Power has been working on remodeling this substation for a couple months now. It use to have two seperate transformers, each fed by their own tap off the passing 115kv line. They've replaced one of them and put it into service and are working on installing the second. I didn't get a very good view of the overall station 'cuz the crew working was looking at me strange for wanting to take pictures.
