Need help identifying this piece. It is a two piece spool and a two piece iron bracket. It locks with tabs on one side and a bolt on the other. It appears to be very old and crude porcelain. Top of each half says patent and the bottom of each half says Fletcher. Any ideas? Thanks! Don
