Not really insulator related, but it is some sort of electrical device. It was in a locked glass case in an antique mall, so this is all the better I could see it, and you'll have to pardon the crappy phone photo. I think it had a $25 price tag on it, whatever it is. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
