I would love some help trying to figure out what this is. I'm sure one of the many experienced collectors out there will know just what it is. It's not glass or porcelain. Too heavy to be plastic. I don't think it's rubber because it's not flexible at all. It makes a 'clink' sound when you tap it with something metal.
